Wasn’t it fun to give and receive gifts? The Wise Men gave gifts to Jesus because they wanted to worship the new King. Jesus gave us a wonderful gift by coming to earth as a baby. He left His beautiful home in heaven to live with people. And His best gift of all was when He died on the cross and made it possible for people to come to God. That’s why we give gifts at Christmastime- to show our love and to remember the best gift of all. Dear God, Thank you so much for giving us Jesus as the most wonderful gift during Christmas.
