There are many different ways to help people. When we do, it pleases God. Pray and ask God what you can do today or this week to help out people, e.g. parents, friends, teachers, neighbours…? 我们有许多方式可以帮助他人。上帝也喜悦我们乐于助人。向上帝祷告你今天或是这周如何帮助有需要的人，如爸爸妈妈，朋友，老师，邻居……?
